8.1-cm polychrome painted and gilt dial with Roman numerals above with personifications flanking a basket with flowers, brass hands and alarm disc, weight-driven movement with 8.4-cm pillars, verge escapement with short fixed pendulum, alarm and countwheel half hour striking on a bell, polychrome painted wooden bracket surmounted by a pierced gilt lead ornament, further gilt ornament on the case with finely painted side doors, the whole with a trefoil terminal
