2.4-cm enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands fitted in a cloisonné enamel mask with polychrome flowers on a light blue ground, 8-day spring driven movement with platform cylinder escapement, gilt brass Anglaise case adorned throughout with similar cloisonné enamel, full columns to the corners and beveled glass panels to all sides, flat plinth raised on flat feet
