14-day movement with half hour striking, lovely ormolu case with fine old patina

14.5-cm enamel dial with Roman numerals and Arabic five-minute marking signed J.B. Du Tertre A Paris, fine gilt hands, similarly signed 14-day spring driven movement with verge escapement and silk suspended pendulum, half hour striking on a bell with numbered countwheel, finely cast and chiseled gilt bronze case adourned throughout with C and S scrolls together with foliage and flowers, sides with paterae trellis.
